Travel Fee : Traveling to location. Basic travel fee for $35 within St.Louis City , County and listed travel areas. Travel fees are due even if notarization can not take place due to the customer.

Recording and/or Notarizing witness signature if specifically required on document.

what you'll need

Valid Government-issued Photo ID = Valid ID is driver's license or state-issued ID or passport All signers must be at least 18 years of age and be present to sign
All documents must be notarized Ensure documents are present, complete and ready to be signed.
If your document requires witness signatures, the witnesses must NOT be named on the document or be related to anyone named on the document. Witnesses MUST have valid identification and be present at the signing in the presence of a notary.
Nurses and medical staff will NOT sign non-medical documents as witnesses. Alternatively we can provide witnesses at an additional cost - please call for information.
